‘Game of Thrones’ actor Richard Madden said he would love to do a film in Bollywood if it is a comedy role.
Madden recently attended a promotional event in Mumbai with his co-star Priyanka Chopra for their upcoming web series ‘Citadel’, on Amazon Prime Video.

During the outing, the ‘Game of Thrones’ star was asked if he would be interested in doing a Bollywood film, to which he instantly replied, “Absolutely, India makes more movies than any other country in the world and has an incredible amount of talent. I would be honoured to work here.”

“I would like to do something comedic because I have not done it,” Madden added.
At the same event, Chopra was asked to share a piece of advice for Indian actors Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu who would be starring in the Indian chapter of ‘Citadel’. The actor said, “I don’t think so I can give any advice as they are both so accomplished actors in their way. There is nothing I can say.”

“I met Varun recently at the NMACC event and he was telling me how the shoot is going and how exciting it is. There are some really cool threads that connect the other instalments and our instalments. You will find it out after you start watching it and realise how we are all connected to each other,” she shared.

About the Russo Brothers’ web series co-starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra, the first-to-launch season in the ‘Citadel’ universe is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on April 28.
